West asia economies which are dependent on crude oil sales for their livelihood are happier lot for the last two years since crude oil has moved from below 30$ per barrel to over 115$ per barrel. Wherever you go in Dubai or Saudi Arabia and Abu Dhabi you will find the construction machines roaring and you will also find lot of high rise buildings and roads and ports being built. Some countries are even creating new cities and towns. But these countries have to go a long way since the extra money is still not flowing into the hands of their mass population spread in rural areas and this may take a little longer.
