The US senate has finally passed the Indo-US civilian nuclear deal with a overwhelming 80% votes in favor of the deal. Though some clauses are clearly spelling out that the US has to terminate all its nuke related deals with India, if and when India goes for a nuclear test, India is expected to play down on that issue for the time being, and  showcase this as one of the major achievements of the government.
