US automobile industry is in deep trouble and with major crash in the high end car and SUV requirements the profitability has been badly hit and most of them have been reporting losses in the recent quarters. The industry has sought a big financial aid from the government through their association and the government is also providing a helping hand to some extent. But whether they will be able to weather the storm brewing currently is a billion dollar question.
