The pace of existing home sale sin US fell 1% in April 2008, the NAR said in a report. Inventories of unsold homes rose by 10.5% to 4.55 million units at the end of April. The national median home price fell eight percent in April 2008 to $202,300 from a year ago. This is raising concern in many quarters.
