The rivals Taiwan and China have started formal bilateral discussions after nearly a decade, with the goal of firming up agreement on expanded charter flights between the two countries, which will be happening after 59 years. The talks are being held in Beijing , scheduled till friday, and both teams are sounding confident of forging win-win agreements.
