The research wads conducted by three scientists, led by t5he neuroscience Russell Foster. Making the children to stay for one hour in the morning not only boosted the results but also slashed absenteeism.

The exam period is a time where children go to bed late and get up late. The reason behind students going late to bed is due to the biological disposition. The research further revealed that difficult lessons are easily understood in the afternoon. The pupils are their best of understanding during the afternoon.
