Presidential candidate Barak Obama has said that the Indo-US civilian nuclear deal is good for America and also for India. His support for the deal is expected to pave the way for approval of this by the Bush administration itself, if at all it comes to that level. Now the hurdle is in terms of the Indian government pushing for IAEA approval of the draft, which will be done only after they pass through the vote of confidence in their parliament on July 22nd.
