China which was devastated by Earthquake only few weeks back, has now been hit by dangerous floods and over the Southern China towns over one million people have been forced out of their homes. This includes over 70000 people from the Earthquake hit Sichuan province. Some of these towns are facing their worst rainfall and resultant floods not seen in the last fifty years or so. Over 57 people have been declared dead so far, but the actual number could be easily in the five digit range.
