We keep feeding our body everyday , for four to ten times, with a range of food and drinks in order to get all the energy and strength we need to stay healthy.
We also keep feeding our mind with all the information and entertainment and work issues as we feel necessary.
But we do not provide enough focus to keep up the good health condition of our body, due to which most of us end up with obesity problem.
That can be easily overcome through regular exercising everyday for just one hour. And all these exercises can be done at your home after some basic training from a professional trainer for a week or two.
