Some of the leaders from the industry has warned over growth of India as the growth will falter and spoil the job creation. The lack of skills development ,good governance and job creation has been behind the manufacturing policy of India. The manufacturing policy has been bought in optimism stated the vice chairman and President Tata Steel b.Muthuraman. For every year there are ten to twelve million new people entering but when there is no manufacturing the problem is huge.
Just the services cannot be delivering the jobs but needs manufacturing which is the fundamental unit which is important. For every 1% growth in terms of GDP is reduced to about 0.8% in China whereas in India the reduce percentage is 0.3%. The main reason is because the growth of India lies in services and not in manufacturing which needs some more importance. According to experts India needs to shift the process of capital intensive to a labor intensive model which will be more productive. The policy of India needs more interest in infrastructure, good governance and in skill development and will bring more investment.
The present infrastructure of India transport system is inefficient expensive and about 57% are transferred through road transport. To reduce the trust deficit there needs to be presence of good governance and include some of the new forms needed for collaboration. The industries needs to invest more in terms of the skills development and appreciate the value of human beings in India.
