The second largest automaker of Japan saw the profits surged 95.5 % in the fiscal year which ended with march. Honda motors are still recovering from the economic crisis which reported on Wednesday. Honda motors saw a profit of $2.87 billion during the fiscal year.
The auto giant also had a return profit in the fourth quarter fiscal year. The company saw the same suffering loss a year ago in the same period. The previous year Honda saw a loss of 180 billion yen and a profit of 72.1 billion yen. Asia strive sale helped the company rose of 27.8% in the fourth quarter revenue. The year to year rise of 27.8 % to 2.2 trillion yen happened due to the improving Chinese market.
The Japanese government incentives have created interest among buyers to buy new cars. The present year operating profit of Honda is increased 91.8% to 363.7billion yen .The company is putting much effort to reduce the cost by improving the areas like sales promotion which will help in financial improvement. The automobile when compared to motorcycle division has remained resilient and the company has tightened its business deals. The rival of Honda, Mitusbishi has reported a losses shrink and economic improving image.
