The latest open stand by Iran that it is on the verge of starting a new range of nuclear centrifuge operation can only help US and others to push for tougher sanctions against it.
Iran has indicated that the uranium processing capability is now enhanced by 10 times which can help it to produce nuclear weapons. This is not going to be taken lightly by even Russia which indirectly supports Iran. So in all probabilities we can expect US to move for a unanimous UN resolution to put further sanctions on Iran.
