The Indian Premier League format of twenty-twenty cricket matches in India last month was a spectacular success both in terms of increasing the popularity of the game, increasing the revenues for the Indian cricket board by millions of dollars and also increasing the pool of young cricket talent in India. Now this fever has caught the England cricket board and they have proposed multi million dollar game in similar format with England and West Indies team playing anchor roles.
