India Government announced that the latest Inflation figure stands at over 7.8% . With crude prices rising every day, and with key food prices not showing any abatement, and with key commodities like coal, aluminium, steel, iron ore also ruling at very high levels, the government is in defensive mode and says it will be some more weeks before inflation starts reversing.
