The world’s largest maker of electronic equipment, Cisco Systems inc. US has decided to buyout the teleconferencing specialist company from Norway i.e, Tandberg for 3 billion US dollars. The takeover is expected to help Cisco to expand its operations into teleconferencing market which is growing in size.
The global economic downturn has only accelerated the demand for teleconferencing facilities from all type of users including government organizations / private companies / small sized companies.
