Cell –All detects the presence of toxic chemicals and detecting deadly chemicals.Cell-All helps to equip the mobile phones with sensor cable which helps to detect toxic chemicals.The chip is programmed to alert the owner or the central station if the presence of toxic chemicals is there.The cost of the chip is less than 50 rupees and is cost effective,light efficient, and power efficient.The volatile chemical compounds presence is sniffed by the Cell-All and spies the activity to owner or central .

The first warning is given to the owner ,second warning is given to the crowd and crowd always creates a human safety.The leak of gas like catastrophes, sarin gas the alert is directly given to the central as such gases are heavy in nature. Authorities are alerted automatically by Cell-All whether it is mall, bus,train office or anywhere.The whole process of detection ,identification and notification happens within a span less than 60 seconds.Human error is reduced by Cell –All a large area is being covered and danger can be prevented.The technology is under development and the developing companies are Qualcomm ,NASA and Rhevision technologies.
